In the assembly line of the factory, more and more industrial robots are used, and they also need the debugging and maintenance of the technical engineers. Then, there are a few things that the debugging robot must pay attention to. The following Huibang robot training focuses on:

1, the area around the robot must be clean, no oil, water and impurities.

2. Before loading and unloading the workpiece, first move the robot to a safe position, and it is forbidden to operate the machine during loading and unloading of the workpiece.

3. Do not operate the teaching disc and operating panel with gloves.

4. If you need to manually control the robot, make sure that there are no people or obstacles within the robot's motion range, and gradually adjust the speed from slow to fast to avoid sudden changes in speed and cause injury or loss.

5. Prior to the execution of the program, it shall be ensured that no irrelevant personnel, tools, articles, and workpieces are clamped and confirmed in the working area of the robot. The welding procedure corresponds to the workpiece.

6, the robot moves faster, there is danger, the operator should be responsible for maintaining the normal operation of the workstation, non-workers are strictly prohibited from entering the work area.

7. When the gun is cut, the robot moves faster. The operator should avoid staying near the position of the gun-cutting wire.

8. During operation of the robot, it is forbidden for the operator to stay away from the site to ensure timely handling of unexpected conditions.

9. When the robot is working, the operator should pay attention to the condition of the welding torch cable to prevent it from being wound on the robot.

10, the cable can not be severely twisted into a twist and a hard object friction, to prevent the internal core break or exposed.

11, teaching pendants and cables can not be placed on the positioner, should be readily carried or hung in the operating position.

12. When the robot stops working, do not assume that it has completed its work because the robot is likely to be waiting for an input signal to let it continue moving.

13. For emergency reasons, the emergency stop switch should be pressed before leaving the working area of the equipment to avoid sudden power failure or loss of the zero position of the shutdown and place the teaching pendant in a safe position.

14. At the end of the work, the robot should be placed in a zero position or a safe position.

15. It is forbidden to place accessories, workpieces, debris, safety helmets, etc. in the control cabinet to avoid affecting some of the lines and causing abnormalities in the equipment.

16, strictly abide by and perform the routine maintenance of the machine.
